Ao3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ao3 platform. By registering or using any ao3 service, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ao3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions in this document, together with ao3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
To be eligible to use the ao3 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Not be on any exclusion or restriction list imposed by a relevant authority.
- Registering only one personal account and not sharing it with any other individual.
Ao3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with the eligibility requirements above. Any false information provided during registration may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user may only hold one registered account with ao3. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ao3 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account.
- Updating your account information whenever there are changes
- Not sharing your password with anyone
- Reporting any suspicious activity to ao3 support
- Log out from public devices after every session
- Registering with false information or another person's identity
- Using automated software or bots to play
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity or collusion
- Attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the ao3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ao3 accepts a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their ao3 account are from legitimate, lawfully obtained sources. ao3 reserves the right to request supporting documents for source-of-funds verification where necessary.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are typically completed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section.
Ao3 reserves the right to suspend or void any transaction suspected to be linked to illegal activity, fraud, or a breach of these terms. Funds obtained in violation of ao3's terms may be forfeited without compensation.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Ao3 Liability Limits
Ao3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including service outages, technical delays, or game outcomes. The ao3 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and ao3 makes no warranty that the service will be free from errors or interruptions at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ao3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, used a false identity, or breached applicable Malaysian law. Any account balance subject to investigation may be frozen until the investigation is concluded.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ao3 platform — including designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of ao3 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from ao3.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

The ao3 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and sports networks. ao3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Changes to These Terms
Ao3 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the ao3 website. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the ao3 platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the ao3 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
